 PAYMENT

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept debit and credit cards payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as payments made via Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • My discount code isn’t working, why is that? Please input the discount code you received exactly as it appears (case sensitive). If it is still not working, please check that it has not expired and it directly applies to the items you’re purchasing. If you’re still having trouble, please reach out to info@sincerelycharisse.com.
  • Can I use more than one promotional code on my order? No, you can only use one promotional discount in each individual order.

     

    ORDERS

    • Where is my order? Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you input during checkout. You will then receive another email once your order has shipped with all your tracking information for you to follow your package to your front door. If for some reason, you didn’t receive an email, reach out to us at info@sincerelycharisse.com with your order number and we’ll look into it for you!
    • How long does it take to fulfill my order before it ships? All orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days. You will receive progress updates as your order is confirmed, fulfilled and shipped.
    • I’d like to make a change to my order, how do I do that? We are working quickly to fulfill and ship your orders, but if you haven’t received a shipment email, there still may be time to adjust your order. Please reach out to info@sincerelycharisse.com to confirm. If your order has shipped, you will need to wait until it delivers to then proceed with processing a return within 15 days of receipt.

     

    PRODUCTS

    • What sizing do you have available? Our products range from size S to 5XL. We also have M/L, XL/2X and 3X/4X for certain products. Note that not all products come in all sizes, so please be sure to check the specific item for the latest sizing availability.
    • How do I know which size to buy? Please see our sizing chart located in the info section at the bottom of the page.
    • How do I take care of my items? Make sure to check out the care tags sewn into each item to determine how to best clean and take care of them.

     

    SHIPPING AND RETURNS

    • What courier service do you use? We currently ship all items via USPS.
    • How long will it take for my order to deliver? Once your order is fulfilled, Economy shipping takes about 5-8 days to deliver. Standard shipping takes 3-4 days and express takes 1-2 days, once fulfilled.
    • How much will my shipping be? Standard shipping is free! We have Priority and Priority Express options available and cost is estimated based on your shipping location.
    • Can I return my items? Some items, yes! Items such as bottoms and bodysuits are unable to be returned for hygiene reasons. Anything that is able to returned must be done within 15 days of receiving your order and must be unworn, in the condition received and with the original tag still attached.     • Do you cover return fees? We are unable to cover return postage, but please send back the items via your preferred courier and we’re happy to accept them. We recommend retaining any tracking information if required for confirmation of return.
    • What’s the status of my return? We will notify you via email once we’ve received the items you wish to return and process your refund immediately after. Depending on your payment institution, it may take up to 2 weeks for the funds to appear in your account.
    • Do you offer exchanges? We do not offer exchanges, you must return your items and then purchase any new items you would like.
    • Do you ship internationally? Sadly, we do not ship internationally but we’ll let you know as soon as we do! 

     

    ACCOUNT

    • Do I need to set up an account to make an order? No, if you do not want to set up an account with us we have the option to checkout as a guest. All you'll need is your contact and shipping information!
    • I’m having trouble logging into my account, what should I do? Try resetting your password. If that doesn't work, reach out to us at info@sincerelycharisse.com with your account details and we’ll be happy to help!
